Great reception staff. Excellent room. Clean and very comfortable beds. The receptionist gladly changed our room to the first floor and showed me both the queen room and the double queen room to choose from. Exceptionally clean room and bathroom. Referred us to the Bistro 11 for Dinner. Fabulous restaurant elegant and affordable. Such a relaxing time after horrendous and stressful 12 hr drive through blinding rain. Very clean bathroom with all toiletries and towels. Brilliant white bed linens and one of the most comfortable beds in all our hotel stays. Continental breakfast included waffles. Clean and bright and airy reception and breakfast area. Will definitely be back next year on our trip back from the south.

Bag breakfast was missing yogurt, or some other dairy product. Room was clean. Elevators worked well, and checkout was efficient. Shower pressure was pleasant and had enough hot water.

bed comfortable, bedding clean and crisp, conveniently located off highway, reasonable price.

Rooms were very clean. I left a tip for Mary who cleans the rooms. She does a very good job.
